You can hear the winch struggle to simply power out so I could remove the cable from the drum HERE.

	The first step is to remove the winch from the mount. I have an ARB Bullbar and you have to remove the bumper to get the winch out.
	Is this a bad sign? Just a bit of rust and gunk!
